Rates: 10 X 10 Booth - $125

    Extra 10 X 10 Space - $50

    Food Truck - $200

Tear Down: Sunday 5pm to 10pm, Monday 8am to 11am

New Policies Being Enforced 

• Food vendors must provide their food license in the application process and display the license publicly in the booth during the festival. 

• Camping outside or past your allotted vendor space will be charged by the campground. Prices will be announced once given by the venue. 

• All participants will be required to wear costumes and theme their booth spaces to match the Renaissance festival atmosphere. Please note that this requirement currently excludes food vendors due to safety and health considerations. • A Clean Up Fee will be invoiced to vendors that leave a mess in their allotted vendor space including broken tents, full garbage bags, broken displays or items, marketing items and fliers. Any damage done to the campground by a vendor will be charged to the vendor for the maintenance of the damage.

• Vendors will be invoiced for space used outside their allotted vendor space and will not be allowed back to the Black Hills Renaissance Festival until that invoice is resolved.
